Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from metal structures to residential and commercial renovations. Your expertise in various construction disciplines will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision, following detailed blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and reinforcement tasks such as rebar installation and concrete pouring
• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to guide project execution
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively
• Install siding, stucco, roofing, drywall, and perform trim carpentry to achieve desired finishes
• Execute masonry work including bricklaying, plastering, and other related tasks
• Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools; perform dimensional measurements for framing and installations
• Manage heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols on-site
• Assist in remodeling and restoration projects by applying carpentry skills and construction techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards

Experience

• Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding or related construction fields
• Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic math for measurements and calculations
• Knowledge of rebar installation, framing carpentry (including woodworking and metal stud framing), plastering, and drywall finishing
• Familiarity with construction site safety practices and procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
• Prior experience working on remodeling or restoration projects is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions clearly

Pay: $23.00 - $34.29 per hour
