Only LOCAL candidates will be considered for this role, as it is fully in person. This program will run from February 23rd through December 18th, 2026. Selected candidates must be available to work at least Part-Time hours between February 23rd and May 15th, Full-Time hours during the Summer (May 18th – August 7th), and then Part-Time hours through the end of the program during the Fall. Mondelēz International Operations assignments are designed for individuals pursuing careers in Engineering and Manufacturing Production/ Operations Management. Our Co Op assignments focus on practical, value-added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization. This includes: Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production Meeting production schedules to achieve business goals Communicating effectively with managers, supervisors, and employees Leading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions Requirements and Preferred Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any Engineering related degree. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027 Must be in close proximity to Mondelez International’s Naperville, IL Plant (1555 Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60540) Must be available to do full-time hours (40 hours per week) over the Summer, and part-time hours during the Spring and Fall 2026 school semester. Full-Time conversion opportunities upon graduation. Compensation The expected weekly pay range is $1,000 - $1,300, based on your expected graduation date. Compensation rates for Early Careers is pre-determined and non-negotiable. Salary and Benefits: The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
