About The Job

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Content Management Team.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In This Role, You Will Be Led To

• Research governmental agency websites vital to our continued growth:
• Read, interpret and enter appropriate information from government agency bid documents
• Download documents through our integrated system.
• Process of documents through our database management system.
• Support operations by cross-training on related jobs.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

• Your excellent communication skills—Oral, Reading & Writing.
• Your fast typing speed (minimum 60 WPM).
• Your attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Your reliability and trustworthiness.
• Your good team spirit.
• Your High School Diploma or professional education.
• Your previous related work experience is an asset that would make you stand out.
• Required: Authorized to work in Canada or the US—unfortunately we are not able to sponsor work visas or transfers at this time.
