About the job

As an Account Retention Manager, the employee ensures that customers continue to use the company’s products or services by proactively responding to their needs, resolving issues and demonstrating the value they receive. Works to reduce customer turnover through proactive analysis and actions to maximize delivered value through strong relationships and strategic interventions.

What will your main responsibilities look like? 

In this role, you will be led to:                                                       

  • Responsible for developing client retention & loyalty through:
    1. Client Engagement: Implemented engagement strategies that have strengthened client relationships and loyalty.
    2. Risk Management: Conducted thorough monthly risk assessments and payment verifications, ensuring the stability of our client base and ensuring payment verification of new customers.
  • Manage accounts receivable & collections.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and resolving customer escalations and achieving churn reduction as per set goals.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

  • Post secondary education.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an account manager or similar activities, including with digital services.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information for effective strategic interventions.
  • Ability to disseminate complex and/or technical information as required.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to present efficient solutions, clearly and concisely Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with all levels of client business management.
  • Required: Authorized to work in the US—unfortunately we cannot sponsor work visas or transfers at this time.
  • Required: Must be physically located in Utah and able to work from the office 4 or 5 days per week.
