MDC is growing, and we’re looking to add to our Audio/Visual team with the following on-site positions:
• Project Engineer, Audio-Visual
• Assistant Project Manager, Audio-Visual
• Project Manager, Audio-Visual

📋 What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and manage AV projects from planning through closeout
- Coordinate scheduling, budgets, resources, and site readiness
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with procurement, delivery logistics, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and help keep work on track
- Participate in site visits, quality checks, testing, and commissioning
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in project engineering, project coordination, project management, construction, AV, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Familiarity with project management platforms is a plus
- Team players who take ownership, follow through, and want to grow
