- Compensation: Up to $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe, monitor, and manage medications.
- Collaborate with physicians, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care plans.
- Remain responsive to patient and facility needs while managing time and scheduling effectively.
Required qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license valid for practice in Mississippi.
- At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
- Required credentials beyond state licensure: AANP/ ANCC and DEA license
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with facility staff, residents, and residents’ families.
Preferred qualification
- Experience caring for geriatric patients in a long-term care setting.
Salary : $120,000
