Job Overview: As a critical member of the leadership team, the Director of Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment guides the outreach and enrollment division. This role facilitates collaborative partnerships across the organization, alongside the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and external stakeholders, to champion the organization's core values, culture, and strategic mission.
Essential Job Duties:
- Meet gross and net census growth goals for the organization.
- Direct and coordinate all marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives.
- Direct and coordinate all intake and enrollment processes, including the implementation of process improvements to drive efficiency and conversion rates.
- Track, oversee, and report on team performance, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of goals for leads, home visits, enrollments, eligibility statuses, and the proper daily, weekly, and monthly utilization of Salesforce.
- Establish strategic initiatives and maintain robust relationships with referral sources, including senior housing communities, physician groups, hospitals, post-acute facilities, and community organizations within the designated market.
- Maintain active working relationships with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to ensure a seamless enrollment workflow, strict adherence to timelines, and comprehensive compliance with DHCS and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines and policies.
- Develop the departmental budget and rigorously direct performance to meet financial parameters.
- Collaborate with executive teams to report on key performance metrics and proactively address operational challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; an additional five years of relevant management experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of five years of supervisory experience is required, with at least two years preferred in healthcare services growth and enrollment leadership.
- Strong functional knowledge of and hands-on experience with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated experience leading within a data-driven organization, effectively leveraging reports and analytics to prioritize initiatives and oversee cross-functional personnel and projects.
Salary : $145,399 - $160,000
