MD7, a global leader in digital infrastructure solutions, seeks a strategic-minded Real Estate Counsel to play a pivotal role in our continued expansion.
The Inside Sales leader will be reporting to the Vice President, the Sales Manager or Sr. Manager (DOE) will lead and motivate an inside sales / negotiation team. The primary functions of this role will be overseeing daily operations, improving and developing sales strategies, and ensuring that productivity and execution targets are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to foster a high-performance call-center based sales culture.
