Description:Position SummaryMD² International is seeking a highly proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented professional to join our new Concierge Team within Medical Operations. The Concierge will serve as the dedicated liaison between the physician MD² offices and MD² International HQ staff, providing white-glove support to physicians and staff. In many companies, this role would have the job title of Strategic Account Representative or Customer Success Manager.MD² International HQ is based in Bellevue, WA, and supports 40 medical offices across the country. Each independently owned medical office has 2 doctors and 3 medical staff. Your role will be to support several of these medical offices in a geographic area. This role will be remote for candidates outside of a 50-mile radius of the Bellevue, MD² International HQ office.This role is designed to ensure that the physician offices receive timely, effective assistance across a wide range of operational, logistical, and administrative needs. As the designated point of contact for assigned physician offices, the Concierge will foster strong, supportive relationships that enhance overall satisfaction of the physicians and staff, and ultimately the patient experience. To be successful, the concierge will visit assigned offices on a regular basis and expect to spend 25-50% of their time on site. Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to MD² HQ representative for all assigned clinics, proactively ensuring needs are identified and met, and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.Office Support and Facilitation: Coordinate solutions for office needs by either resolving them directly or connecting offices with the appropriate MD² HQ team or resource.Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians and office staff; proactively check in and offer support in person as well as virtually.
