Role Description
This is a full-time remote Regional Sales Manager position. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and expand sales within the Midwest/Central region, build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to meet sales goals. They will align with the engineering and management team to provide tailored tooling solutions to customers, attend trade shows, and deliver presentations to educate clients on products and services. 50% travel is required.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, account management, and knowledge of sales strategies
- Experience in the manufacturing or CNC machining industry, with a strong understanding of tooling systems and solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish long-term customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver presentations
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and projects efficiently
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or equivalent experience within the CNC accessories or CNC capital equipment industry.
