What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at MD Tec Services LLC?
Field supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily drop operations related to fiber optic, splicing, customer drops, and service activation work of area crews.
This role supervises splice crews and drop installation teams to ensure work is completed safely and to quality standards.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of fiber optic, and the leadership skills to manage crews. Will need to be bilingual to be consider for this position.
Must Be Bi-lingual (English / Spanish). Experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and mentoring drop bury crews and technicians to maintain high-quality work.
- Operational Oversight: Managing daily operations for residential fiber installations,
- Field Inspections: Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Resolving technical issues, fiber splicing problems, or customer issues on-site.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensuring accurate records of field activities and project milestones are submitted to upper management.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand , walk , bend , kneel , and lift up to 50 pounds .
- The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
