Operations Assistant
Join our medical device distribution team as an Operations Assistant, providing essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll serve as a key contact for customers and manufacturers, manage order processing, demo inventory, and scheduling, and help maintain accurate reporting for commissions and sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer and manufacturer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process orders, prepare quotes, and track demo inventory.
- Maintain operational reports and support cross-department collaboration.
- Manage calendars, coordinate deliveries, and assist with scheduling needs.
- Support ad-hoc projects and general office operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years’ experience in administrative, customer service, or operations roles (medical device or distribution a plus).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
