Associate Property Manager
In this role, you'll independently manage a portfolio of residential properties while partnering with a Senior Property Manager on more complex assets. You'll be responsible for day-to-day building operations, client relationships, financial performance, compliance, and vendor management, while continuing to develop your management expertise under the guidance of senior leadership

Responsibiliti
- esManage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation
- s.Serve as the primary point of contact for boards, owners, residents, and vendor
- s.Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify maintenance and operational need
- s.Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, monitor expenses, and review financial performanc
- e.Coordinate capital projects, maintenance work, and repairs while negotiating and managing vendor contract
- s.Ensure buildings remain compliant with all applicable NYC regulations, inspections, certifications, and filing
- s.Oversee building insurance policies, renewals, claims coordination, and coverage requirement
- s.Manage building staff by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, conducting performance discussions, and maintaining accountabilit
- y.Supervise and mentor Assistant Property Managers, providing training, guidance, and ongoing professional developmen
- t.Respond promptly to owner, board, and resident inquiries while delivering exceptional customer servic
