About the Job
MD Scapes LLC is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our door-to-door sales team for the spring and summer season. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential selling exterior home services in high-income neighborhoods throughout Hamilton County.
This position is ideal for competitive, self-driven people who want flexible hours and the ability to control their income.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position. There is no base pay.
Tiered commission on all collected sales:
25% commission on the first $2,500 in weekly sales
30% commission on $2,501–$5,000 in weekly sales
35% commission on $5,000 in weekly sales
Additional bonuses:
$25 bonus for each bundled job (pressure washing window cleaning)
Weekly performance bonuses for top performers
Top sales representatives can earn $1,500–$2,000 per week.
