Duties
- Oversee nightly financial transactions by auditing daily revenue reports and balancing accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Greet guests arriving during the night shift with warmth and professionalism, providing seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach to foster guest satisfaction.
- Maintain front desk operations by managing multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly, and providing information about hotel amenities and services.
- Conduct routine security checks of the property to ensure safety protocols are followed and report any irregularities or incidents immediately.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including guest arrivals/departures, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review.
- Support hotel management by assisting with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
- Strong background in night audit procedures within a resort or hotel environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in front desk functions, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems and basic accounting principles is a plus.
