Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items, including cooking and food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate cash register and process transactions efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure all food items are stocked and presented attractively for guests.
- Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of breakfast supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to clean effectively and maintain high standards of hygiene in the dining area.
