Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team on-site in Rogers, AR. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role working alongside our physician team — to deliver comprehensive care across our service lines.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and managing ongoing care for patients enrolled in our non-surgical hair restoration programs and hormone optimization protocols. The right candidate will take an active role in educating patients on treatment options, managing pre- and post-procedure care, and supporting surgical hair transplant patients throughout their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
∙ Perform comprehensive patient consultations and clinical assessments for hair loss and hormone health concerns
∙ Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for non-surgical hair restoration, including medical-grade therapies and our tiered GetHairMD™ women’s program
∙ Prescribe and manage hormone therapy protocols, including TRT and related optimization programs, in collaboration with our hormone therapy director
∙ Provide pre- and post-operative education and care coordination for WAW-FUE hair transplant patients
∙ Monitor and document patient progress through the EMR system, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
∙ Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing patient communication to ensure satisfaction and clinical outcomes
∙ Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, and support staff to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience
∙ Support patient conversion and education during consultations, clearly explaining program tiers, pricing structures, and financing options
Qualifications
∙ Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arkansas
∙ Experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient management
∙ Comfortable prescribing and managing hormone therapy protocols (TRT experience a strong plus)
∙ Strong interpersonal and communication skills — ability to educate and connect with patients in a consultative setting
∙ Detail-oriented with high standards for documentation and follow-through
∙ Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary medical team
∙ Prior experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or hair restoration is a significant advantage
∙ Proficiency with EMR systems and basic clinical technology
