Our Pittsfield practice is seeking a caring, team focused & highly organized Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical spa practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative and financial aspects of the practice, as well as ensuring the highest level of patient care and customer service. Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the practice, including staff management, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient practice operations
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Ensure the clinic operates by the company’s high standards and guidelines
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal use of resources
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Handle financial end of day reports
- Collaborate with external vendors, and equipment suppliers
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medicine
- Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure effective use of various channels, such as online platforms and local advertising
- Identify areas where the clinic's processes can be improved and develop strategies to address these areas

Hours:
Full time 40 hours per week. Must be available to work one Saturday a month. Occasional evening and weekend events.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience, annual salary of $60,000 with opportunity to grow. Staff discounts on products and discounted/treatments are an added perk!
