Financial Controller Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Financial Controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the Financial Controller will include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a Financial Controller will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

The noteworthy Financial Controller should streamline our accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation.

Financial Controller Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

The Controller will be responsible for the overall financial management, SOX compliance & control and for protection of the assets for the group. This individual will maximize return on financial assets, achieving annual growth in revenue and EBIT targets through internal growth and additional market penetration opportunities.

The range of pay for this role is $115000 to $145000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out at 35% based on the Company's performance in the previous year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
