What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Office Manager/Remodeling Designer position at McWhorter Construction LLC?
Based in Woodbine, MD, McWhorter Construction is a leader in the central Maryland residential remodeling industry, specializing in higher end remodeling projects. We are looking for an organized, detail oriented office manager to assist with day to day office operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, driven, has excellent communication skills, and is familiar with residential construction materials

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project and production managers to help guide clients through large and complex remodel jobs
- Meet clients directly to make material selections for their project
- Place orders for materials based on Client selections, work with vendors to ensure orders are accurate and on time, work with production manager to ensure materials are installed per clients/manufacture's specs
- Handle day to day office operations (reception, open/close, organize and maintain showroom sample materials, etc.)
- Manage/maintain social media advertising and updates for the company
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiar with typical residential construction materials/methods a plus
- Organized, persistent and innovative

Pay: $45, $65,000.00 per year
