- Manage a workers’ compensation caseload from intake through resolution, including client communication, medical record review, and coordination with paralegals to ensure efficient case progression.
- Represent injured workers at hearings, depositions, and mediations, and prepare necessary pleadings and filings.
- Advise clients on benefits, medical treatment, and case strategy, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the process.
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
- Two or more years of workers’ compensation experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
