Position Summary:
The Growth Director will lead Realberry’s efforts to scale awareness, partnerships, and capital flow among accredited and high-net-worth investors. This role owns the strategy and execution behind investor acquisition through partnerships, distribution channels, and scalable marketing systems.
Sitting at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and capital strategy, this position is responsible for building a repeatable, efficient engine for long-term expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Growth Strategy
- Own the omni-channel strategic plan and campaign execution for sourcing and nurturing new investment prospects
- Optimize key investor acquisition channels including ad placement, social media, partnerships and events
- Identify high-ROI opportunities for developing brand visibility, awareness, understanding and engagement
- Continuously test and refine awareness and engagement strategies to improve conversion rates, quality & cost
2. AI & Scalable Growth Systems
- Leverage AI tools, AI agents and emerging technologies to increase efficiency across content creation, lead acquisition, lead qualification, ad campaign creation and reporting
- Build scalable, tech-enabled systems that reduce manual effort and improve speed to market
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance Realberry’s visibility and prospect interest within AI-driven platforms
3. Partnership & Channel Development
- Identify, secure, and grow relationships with strategic partners (platforms, advisors, affiliates, and investor communities) that create visibility and trust within target market that foster interest and engagement
- Build scalable distribution channels that expand Realberry’s reach to accredited and HNW investors
- Develop and manage a structured partnership pipeline and performance tracking
4. Affiliate & Network Expansion
- Identify, negotiate, build, nurture, scale and manage promoter relationships and related ecosystem
- Recruit, onboard, and support partners with access to relevant investor audiences
- Track performance based on qualified leads and funded outcomes
5. Events & Market Presence
- Own managing Realberry’s investor events and investment conference strategy, including event sponsorships, speaking opportunity coordination, and hosted event experiences
- Evaluate event opportunities based on audience quality and ROI
- Leverage events to drive meaningful relationships, pipeline growth and investment interest
6. Funnel Optimization & Performance
- Analyze and optimize the investor journey from awareness to funded investment
- Improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and increase speed to capital
- Track and report on key growth and performance metrics
Experience & Background
- 7–12 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or investor acquisition
- Experience within real estate, financial services, investment platforms, or adjacent industries preferred
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships, distribution channels, or revenue-driving initiatives

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
