Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Day Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our commercial properties. This role includes driving a company truck between sites, collecting trash, and performing general exterior upkeep to ensure our properties remain clean, safe, and presentable for tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a company truck to assigned properties on a daily route
• Pick up trash and debris from parking lots, sidewalks, landscaped areas, and common spaces
• Empty exterior trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Perform light groundskeeping duties such as sweeping, blowing debris, and minor cleanup tasks
• Inspect properties for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance issues
• Report damages, hazards, vandalism, or repair needs to management
• Maintain company vehicle in clean and safe operating condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with tenants, vendors, and the public

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a pickup truck or light-duty company vehicle safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Prior porter, janitorial, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred but not required

Work Schedule:

• Full-time / Part-time (as needed)
• Day shift, Monday through Friday (some weekends if needed)
