Job Description
Manage employee and production line. Coordinate between management, maintenance, and employees to ensure efficient production.
What You'll Do
- Utilize motorized pallet jack and Big Joe to move material throughout departments.
- Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instruction.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company work and safety rules, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure the correct parts are used to assemble finished units, and correct counts are reported into computer system.
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Demonstrate manual dexterity - the ability to precisely assemble parts/assemblies on fast paced production line.
- Comprehend and follow blueprints, work instructions, EHS, and job procedures, Job Safety Analysis, and applicable paperwork.
- Communicate efficiently with team members.
- Data entry into Shopvue, and other computer applications
- Perform other duties as required.
- At least eighteen years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a post offer drug test, background check, and fitness review.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and self-motivational skills.
- Willing to train, work, and rotate through all department work stations and work in other departments as needed.
- Capable of working in seasonal high temperatures and humidity (conditioned air environment)

Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50lbs.
- Capable of standing/walking and performing light physical labor uninterrupted for periods of up to three hour intervals.
- Frequently bend, stoop, push, and reach during the shift.
- Frequently stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
