Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in finishing of cast iron pipe
Pay rate between $75,000 to $85,000.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.

Job Description
Job Summary:

- Examine material at various stages of production
- Observe machinery
- Interpret specifications
- Adjust work procedures
- Suggest changes in work conditions
- Resolve work problems
- Maintain time and production records

- Ensure production levels are adequate
- Work closely with maintenance supervisors to ensure consistent production
- Direct supervise 15-20 employees
- Insuring training, JSA, Pure Safety, Safety Talks are completed daily, weekly, monthly.
- Safety Audits
- Lock out Tag out procedures
- Discipline of hourly staff
- Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable law.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years previous supervisory experience in production environment preferred
- Strong Computer Skills
- Bilingual a plus.
