Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and general maintenance within residential properties
• Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
• Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs
• Conduct regular inspections of homes to verify cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly
• Coordinate with clients to understand specific preferences and customize cleaning routines accordingly
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all housekeeping operations
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional growth, accountability, and teamwork

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong focus on residential settings
• Supervising or leadership experience in a housekeeping or custodial role is highly preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including commercial cleaning practices, laundry procedures, and custodial services
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members alike
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies, standing for extended periods, and performing detailed cleaning duties
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
