MUST have clean and valid driver's license- Monday- Friday 12 noon - 8 pm
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead and oversee cleaning operations across various commercial facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning activities across multiple commercial sites, including offices, and industrial facilities.
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness levels meet company and client expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services.
- Strong background in janitorial tasks, including general cleaning, laundry services, and hospitality-related housekeeping management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, safety standards, and equipment operation.
- Previous management experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and interact professionally with clients.
