Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, from opening and closing the facility to receiving, stocking, shipping product, operating a forklift, interacting directly with customers, and filling out all relevant paperwork to each task. This role suits someone comfortable wearing many hats and handling whatever the day requires.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Open and close each day, including related shutdown procedures
- Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and stock product
- Occasionally interact directly with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Receive incoming product and paperwork from customers
- Stock and organize product within the warehouse
- Schedule incoming and outgoing trucks
- Load outbound trucks and complete all associated paperwork
- Complete general facility cleaning and upkeep (the team cleans the warehouse together)
- Check and log temperatures as required
- Maintain accurate records using basic inventory and shipping software
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior warehouse, forklift, or logistics experience is a plus
- Forklift certification
- Basic computer skills, including inventory and shipping software
- Reliable, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills

- Basic PC operation, file management, and inventory/shipping software
- Attention to detail, particularly for temperature checks and paperwork

Physical Demands
This role requires frequent lifting and/or moving of warehouse products, along with standing, walking, and moving throughout a warehouse environment for extended periods. Must be comfortable operating a forklift and working in varying temperature conditions as needed to check and log product temperatures.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
