Hiring: Event Appointment Booker (ONE event per week, 2 1/2 hours total)
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable team member to help represent our growing Neuropathy practice at local community events. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, creating positive first impressions, and helping others take the next step toward improving their health.
Position: Event Appointment Booker
· Part-time / Event-Based
· Events are every Tuesday, 4:15 to 6:45pm, location at a rotation of local restaurants
Responsibilities
· Intro of the doctor to the group (usually 25). This is short. Also,address the group briefly after the talk. Help schedule new patient appointments at events
· Make prepaid appointment bookings
· Represent the office with enthusiasm and professionalism
· Set up and takedown displays at events (simple)
Compensation
- Hourly pay of $40 performance bonuses, therefore, $100 minimum pay bonuses. This could add up to $130 - $180 potentially for the 2.5 hour event.

· Sales, customer service, or event experience is a plus
