Employment Type: Temporary, 30-40 hours a week

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Construction Window Cleaners to support post-construction and final clean projects on commercial job sites. This role focuses on safely removing debris, adhesives, paint overspray, and construction residue from windows and glass surfaces to prepare buildings for turnover.
This position requires comfort working at heights, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in active construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean interior glass surfaces during rough, final, and touch-up construction phases
- Remove construction dust, paint overspray, silicone, caulk, adhesives, and stickers from interior windows
- Use professional tools including scrapers, razors, squeegees, extension poles, and microfiber cloths properly and safely
- Detail clean interior window frames, tracks, sills, and ledges
- Inspect glass for scratches, damage, or defects and report issues immediately
- Protect finished surfaces when scraping or detailing glass
- Ensure all interior glass is streak-free and inspection-ready
- Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements at all times
- Maintain and organize window cleaning tools and supplies
- Communicate completion status and any concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous construction window cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper glass scraping techniques to avoid damage
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working on ladders when necessary
- Reliable transportation to various job sites
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and standing
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Ability to work in dusty construction environments

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
