Overview
We are supporting a global leader in high-tech facility delivery as they continue to expand their US operations. They are hiring a small number of senior individuals across Semiconductor (Advanced Technology Facilities), Life Sciences / Pharma and Data Center projects.
These are high-impact roles suited to individuals who can operate in a true “doer / seller” capacity; leading delivery while also contributing to client development and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex, fast-track design-build / EPC projects
- Manage key client relationships and act as a senior point of contact
- Support business development activities and help secure new work
- Oversee project teams, ensuring quality, schedule, and commercial performance
- Contribute to the growth and development of the business line
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in one or more of the following:
- Semiconductor / cleanroom / advanced manufacturing
- Life sciences / pharma / GMP facilities
- Data centres / mission-critical environments
- Background in design-build, EPC, or construction management
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Commercial awareness and experience contributing to project wins
- Typically 10–20 years’ experience in a relevant field
