We are recruiting for Production Operators at an automotive supplier located in Vance, Alabama. Production Operators assemble vehicle components, ensuring that each product meets industry standards. Requirements

You MUST undergo and pass a criminal background investigation clearance

Responsibilities

• Being on time to work every scheduled shift is expected.
• Follow the training process.
• You will undergo a week of training prior to being assigned to a shift.
• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Use hand tools, and power tools to assemble vehicle components accurately
• Conduct quality checks on assembled parts, identifying and addressing any defects or issues
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on production processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience is not required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
