The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in delivering projects across the lumber and building materials (LBM) industry, partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading multiple ERP implementation projects from kickoff through to delivery
- Building and managing project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Managing project scope, change requests, and expectations
- Coordinating with internal teams (Development, Sales, etc.)
- Overseeing resource planning and allocation
- Tracking project performance (budget, timelines, risks)
- Running regular project meetings and status updates
- Ensuring smooth handover to support teams post-delivery
What We're Looking For
- 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations
- Experience within the Lumber & Building Materials (LBM) industry is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Bonus points for:
- PMP or other project management certification
