What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the frontline connection between our clients and our technology. Your responsibilities will include:
- On-site system installation and configuration
- On-site and remote training** for hospital staff via phone and web conferencing
- Comprehensive phone support** using remote access tools (web-based or VPN)
- Advanced hardware setup and troubleshooting**

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills**
- Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficiency in **Windows OS (including server)** and **Microsoft Office**, especially Outlook
- A professional, **neat and authoritative presence** for client-facing interactions
- Willingness to **travel approximately one week per month**
- Bonus: Experience with **hospital diet office procedures** or **HL7 language**
