Outside Sales Representative (1099 – Commission Only)
MCR Iron Works is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners transform their ideas into custom ironwork projects.
This is a 1099 commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. If you’re confident in your ability to build relationships, manage appointments, and close sales, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Contact company-generated leads and schedule appointments.
• Meet homeowners at their property to discuss their project.
• Measure basic dimensions and gather project information.
• Prepare or coordinate professional estimates.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM.
