In our time of Company growth, we seek a Clinical Nurse Leader RN/LPN/OBGYN Pediatric.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Responsible to provide leading, managing, in collaboration with the Office manager in coaching and guiding all associates assigned to the department and maintaining positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates
- Must be able to perform all staff nurse duties
- Oversees the maintenance of all appropriate logs to the Office Manager
- Ensures Provider’s orders are directed to the various appropriate departments
- Completes authorizations and referrals for patients promptly
- Knowledgeable in triage and interventions regarding patients’ age
- Knowledgeable regarding all medical forms (PE, work excuses, proof of pregnancy, etc.)
