What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at MCR DEVELOPMENT LLC?
Under supervision of the Manager, the Assistant Manager will administer all phases of operations of a multiple-unit apartment site in a manner which meets or exceeds company standards. Coordinate all property programs and staffing Achieve and maintain with help of a staff as close to 100% occupancy as possible making sure resident selection is appropriate and stable within the guidelines of equal and fair housing. Ensure one percent (or less) delinquency rate by implementing and executing an effective rent collection system. Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in relations with residents, visitors, staff, investors, vendors, and contractors. Ensure resident and staff compliance with property rules and lease agreement. Must live on site on site. Must pass pre-employment drug test.
