Service Manager - Electrical

McQuillan Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air serving the Ramsey, Washington and Hennepin Counties for over 135 years. We’re Minnesota’s original plumbing, heating and cooling company, and have remained true to our mission of providing solid, honest work at fair, upfront prices. This past year we have doubled our plumbing team and added an electrical line of business. We are keen to grow and provide an extensive line-up of home services to our customers.

We are looking to bring on an Electrical Service Manager to join our team to maintain the positive, can-do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community. Daily tasks include overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Service department, Lead, coach, and mentor our technicians. Track KPIs such as revenue, close rates, callbacks, and technician performance as well as other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. We are committed to hiring and working with the best.

Job Requirements:

• MN Electrical Journeyman License Required
• Valid drivers license with a clean, safe driving record
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication and People Skills

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
