McQuaid Hospitality Group is hiring friendly, dependable Baristas for our three Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters locations inside Strong Memorial Hospital.
No barista experience? No problem. Experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Provide fast, friendly customer service
- Take orders and operate the register/POS
- Serve baked goods and café items
- Restock products and supplies
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work together with your team during busy periods
We're Looking For

- Dependable and punctual
- Weekend availability is required
Previous barista, coffee shop, café, restaurant, food service, cashier, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend and reach, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
