About The Opportunity
- Full-time, hospital-employed position
- General ENT practice with flexibility to pursue subspecialty interests
- Outpatient clinic on hospital campus with dedicated procedure room and regular OR block time
- Established referral network from local and regional primary care providers, emergency medicine, and urgent care
- Immediate patient volume due to community need—no competing ENT in the county
- Collaborative, experienced support staff and surgical team
- On-site diagnostic imaging and laboratory services
- Minimal call responsibilities (primarily consultative)
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Self-motivated and confident managing an independent practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting
- Comfortable working closely with hospital administration, local providers, and community leaders
