We’re urgently hiring General Laborers to join our team at a McPherson Concrete Products, Inc. concrete manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, ready to work hard, and want to get started immediately – we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform physical labor tasks at our production and yard locations
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools
- Support the manufacturing team with day-to-day production needs
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined and self-motivated
- Dependable and flexible with work hours
- Willing to work in environments with noise, dust, vibrations, heat, or cold
- Must pass a drug screen (UA) and physical
- Steel-toed boots required before start date
- Ability to work 10 hour shifts and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in concrete, construction, or related heavy labor field within the past 5 years
- Experience with concrete pouring, finishing, or rebar tying
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
