We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Hydrovac Operator Helper to join our growing team here at MBI.
Key Responsibilities
- Help Operate Hydrovac trucks and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform non-destructive excavation to locate and expose underground utilities.
- Ensure the safety of yourself, your crew, and the public at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately and promptly
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating hydrovac or vacuum truck
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to details
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL OUT OF TOWN FOR EXTENDED PERIODS
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
