AI Lead – Business Process Optimization
Join a forward-thinking construction company seeking an ambitious AI Lead (Business Process Specialist) to help drive efficiency, innovation, and automation across both our field and office teams. This role is ideal for candidates hungry to learn, able to dig into complex workflows, and ready to influence how teams use technology in the real world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to boost productivity and collaboration among field and office teams.
- Learn the entire tech stack (including Procore project management) and identify opportunities for automation and smarter workflows anywhere in the organization.
- Work closely with the AI Task Force and executive leadership; provide insights, map pain points, and suggest practical AI-driven solutions.
- Occasionally build or configure AI agents and automation tools when needed—no deep coding required.
- Communicate effectively with teams of all backgrounds and see projects through to completion.
Candidate Profile:
- Motivated, curious, and persistent.
- Strong communicator and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Demonstrates ownership—able to take projects from concept to completion.
- Any exposure to IT, AI, automation, business tools, or just a track record of tackling complex challenges in tech or business settings.
- No strict requirement for prior experience with our platforms; ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly is key.
