Summary
We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at MCO Homecare Services, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our clients. Located in a supportive environment, you will assist with daily living activities and provide essential support to enhance the quality of life for those in your care, whether in their homes or at assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client care.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Engage in conversation and monitor client safety
- Observe and report any changes in client conditions
Work Schedule:
- Available positions: PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time
- Flexible scheduling options, including weekend and evening shifts
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Valid CNA certificate or relevant PCA experience
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Current TB test and willingness to undergo a background check
- Strong communication skills and basic technology proficiency
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and patient care practices.
- Experience in acute care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
