Summary

As a Caregiver at MCO Homecare Services, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs according to client preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring when necessary.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Engage clients in memory care activities to promote cognitive function.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting or transferring clients when needed.
• Familiarity with memory care and hospice care practices is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
