Licensed Therapist | Sarasota | $74–$94/session
McNulty Counseling and Wellness is a therapist-owned, family-owned private-pay group practice with four offices across the Tampa Bay Area. We're hiring a full-time licensed therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) for our Sarasota location — and we've built the kind of practice most therapists only wish they worked at.
Our therapists earn in the top 10% of licensed therapists in the area, see a full caseload without chasing referrals, and work out of a beautifully furnished office that includes a gym — all while a dedicated admin and marketing team handles everything that isn't therapy.
If you're tired of fighting for referrals, drowning in administrative work, or feeling unsupported — this is a different kind of practice.
What You'll Do
- Carry a caseload of at least 25 client hours per week, with a focus on couples and families
- Maintain 30 hours of weekly availability, including at least 3 evenings (or 2 evenings 1 weekend day)
- Conduct primarily in-person sessions at our Sarasota office, with occasional telehealth
- Keep progress notes current and get clients rebooked on recurring schedules
- Attend monthly group supervision

Requirements
- Active Florida license: LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW (no interns for this role)
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience — exception: candidates with at least 18 months of private practice experience will be considered
- Full-time availability including 30 open hours per week with a minimum of 3 evenings (or 2 evenings 1 weekend day)
- Ability to work with couples and/or children strongly preferred
