Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in the quality and presentation of food.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen by following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed.
- Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with precision and consistency.
- A passion for food and commitment to high-quality preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Provide food handler from the Tulsa County Health Department
