Comptroller

We are searching for a talented Comptroller to join our growing organization and take ownership of our accounting operations. As a key member of the leadership structure, you will ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and help build scalable systems that support our national expansion. What You’ll Do
• Lead all accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and cash management
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and produce GAAP-compliant financials
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accurate, reliable financial data
• Monitor cash flow, bank activity, and treasury functions
• Direct the budgeting and forecasting process and prepare ongoing financial analysis
• Present financial insights to leadership and support strategic decision-making
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions
• Oversee ERP, accounting systems, and workflow optimization
• Implement process improvements and automation as the company grows
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
• 5–10 years of accounting leadership experience
• Expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience with QuickBooks and process optimization
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, growth-focused company
