McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a junior Associate to join our growing Labor and Employment Group in either our Harrisburg or Lancaster location. In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an established team, collaborate with leading attorneys in their fields and enjoy advancement opportunities.
McNees’ Labor and Employment Group partners with public and private sector employers to address the complex web of federal and state employment statutes and regulations and provide detailed, effective legal representation and counseling to employers on a broad range of matters.
Desired Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active licensure in PA
- A minimum of 1 - 4 years of labor and employment experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven and detail oriented
