McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Construction Associate to join our growing Real Estate and Construction Law Group in one of our Pennsylvania offices, or in Frederick, Maryland. Hybrid opportunities are available based on experience, with an in-office expectation of at least 3-4 days per week.
McNees’ construction attorneys offer the scale of services and innovative techniques of a national law firm with the personalized service you expect from your hometown legal team. They deliver sophisticated legal advice to a broad range of clients in virtually all areas relating to construction contract drafting, litigation and project counseling.
Desired Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active licensure in PA or MD
- At least 1 year of experience practicing construction law
- Interest in the construction industry and in practicing construction law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven and detail oriented
- Desire for engagement in local business and legal communities

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000. Your compensation will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
